Is it safe to take Tylenol while on clarithromy and pseudovent?

Saw the doctor yesterday about my cold. He prescribed clarithromy and pseudovent which I’m taking. My throat’s killing me when I swallow and especially when I cough out the crud. Can I take Tylenol or aspirin or something to relieve the pain? I’m asking here until I can contact my doctor again, but who knows when that’s going to happen. Thanks for serious answers from those who truly know.

    Tylenol is fine. I don’t know how old you are so maybe Aspirin may not be appropriate. Tylenol is fine with those though. Keep it under 4000mg per 24 hours though, and avoid alcohol.

    You can call any pharmacist and they will tell you. ( Assuming you live in the United States ) They are ethically obligated to tell you whether or not you can combine medications.
    Make sure you talk to the pharmacist and not the pharmacy technician.
